ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL POLICY

Article XII, Article VII, Section 9

"In an effort to maintain a uniform and well-maintained appearance throughout Desert Breezes Casas community, and to comply with our CC&Rs (Article XII), no exterior improvements or other structures shall be erected, altered or maintained upon the unit without prior written approval of the Desert Breezes Casas Architectural Committee."

All future architectural variances as defined above will require the approval of the Architectural Committee and confirmation by the Board of Directors.

Failure to comply with this Architectural Control Policy may result in a monetary penalty at the discretion of the Board of Directors (Article VII, Section 9).

Architectural variances are requested by completing an Architectural Variance Request form, available from the Association Manager. Effective January 15, 2000, the $25 fee will be waived. When this form is completed, it must be returned to the Association Manager.

The text of the Architectural Variance Request form shall be considered part of this Architectural Control Policy.

Please describe the change you are requesting on the back of the form, or on a separate sheet of paper stapled to the form.
