Community Committees

Learn about the committees in our community!

Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees. If you're interested in joining a committee, don't hesitate to get in touch with the board of directors or your community manager.

Advisory

The mission of the Desert Breezes Advisory Committee will be to investigate and advise the Casas’ Board on such matters, as directed by the Board of Directors. They will be identified and qualified by their tenure of service to Desert Breezes Casas and by their depth of knowledge and experience within and outside the community. 

Architectural

The mission of the Architectural Committee is to provide oversight on the architectural integrity and standards within the community on behalf of the Casas Board of Directors and ensure that any architectural modification by a homeowner does not adversely impact property values and the general appearance of the community

Communications

The mission of the Communications Committee will be to bring Casas residents together by raising awareness of the many opportunities for social interaction currently available and to encourage and promote new opportunities.

Compliance

The mission of the Compliance Committee is to assist the board in matters of rule compliance and violation enforcement for homeowners who do not comply with the rules and regulations.

Finance

The mission of the Finance Committee is to help plan our community’s spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the Board and Management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget.

Landscaping

The mission of the Landscape Committee is to provide oversight of landscape services, to ensure improvements or modifications of front lots and common areas comply with our governing documents, and to add value to our properties.

Nominations

The mission of the Nominations Committee is to seek out and encourage members to serve the community as a Director or committee member. Three months before an election, the Nominations Committee will automatically become the Elections Committee. 

Pool

The mission of the Pool Committee is to ensure proper use, care, and upkeep of the pool and its surroundings within the fenced area of the pool.

Sunshine

The mission of the Sunshine Committee is to assist Casa residents who need help, welcome new residents, and drop off helpful information about the association.
